The Health and Community Services Workforce Council is the lead agency with responsibility for supporting and developing the workforce capacity within the health and community services industries.
We do this in partnership with individual organisations, through networks and coalitions of industry organisations, and collaboratively with peaks and other stakeholders within these industries and from other industries.
Our role involves working with industry, government, funding and research bodies to develop and formulate strategies that respond to the workforce issues faced by health and community services organisations.
PSCQ is a project of the Health and Community Services Workforce Council Inc. The Australian Government through the Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaCSIA), funds the Professional Support Coordinator initiative as part of the Inclusion and Professional Support Program.
