The website, titled the “Community Workforce Village” is an important step in meeting staffing challenges, and building a highly skilled community services workforce to meet the needs of Australians now and into the future. The website and discussion forum has been developed as a public site open to government and non-government employers and the broader community and provides the community services sector with an open forum for sharing and exchanging ideas on workforce management strategies.
