PSCQ operates on a regional decision making model to best suit the needs of the 13 different PSCQ regions in Queensland. Each of the 13 regions is represented by a Professional Support Network (PSN) made up of 10-12 representatives from various child care service types. The PSN act as the decision making bodies for the project. They have responsibility to prioritise learning needs and ensure brokered activities are regionally appropriate and based on the needs identified by target group members in that region. Each PSN is facilitated by a PSCQ Project Officer to action the decisions and plans developed by the network. Services can feed their professional support priorities into the local PSN by emailing. These needs will be considered by the network in determining what support will be offered in the regions.
